Dear Parents, Guardians and Youth. This September, Auburn Youth will be attending the Baptist Youth Ministries’ (BYM) State Youth Camp. This camp, run by BYM, is for all youth groups within Baptist churches in NSW and ACT. We will be attending this year for the first time.

Date: Friday 22nd – Monday 25th

Location: Cataract Scout Park, Appin (we will meet at the church and drive down together)

Theme: Found

Cost: Early Bird ($190) available until 15th August. After 15th August, tickets cost $220 per youth (high schoolers).

Registration: Online at www.stateyouthcamp.org.au (Rachel will have your laptop at church on Sundays for youth to register)

Accommodation: All participants from local youth ministries will camp onsite. Groups have the option of either bringing their own tents or hiring them through State Youth Camp. Each group will be allocated an area within the designated camping space for their group to ensure each group has an adequate amount of space. Rachel can provide tents but youth (high schoolers) will need to bring their own bedding including airbed or other travel mattress.
