RICE Regional West Permission Slip 2017

About RICE: RICE is a movement with a heart for evangelism & gospel centred renewal in our city. We have a desire and passion to convict, mobilise, equip, train and revitalise the next generation to serve the Lord Jesus Christ through the events we run.

On a Friday night, the 16th of June, RICE REGIONALS event will be held. RICE Regionals is a fun and encouraging event where different youth groups will come together to get to know each other, partner together and spur each other on to evangelism. It is a one-off event with 3 different regional events happening at the same time (south Sydney, north Sydney and west Sydney)

What will happen on the night will include meeting youth from different churches, praying and worshipping together, hearing a talk and playing games.

When: Friday 16th June

Time: 6.30 - 9.30pm (6:30 arrival for a 7pm start)

Where: Auburn Baptist Church (ABC) & Western District Chinese Christian Church (WDCCC)

16 Harrow Road, Auburn NSW 2144

Cost: Free event. Donation for RICE movement will be available on the night.

Transport: We request that each youth organise their own way to Auburn Baptist Church. Leaders will be at the church 30 minutes before the event and ushers will be positioned between Auburn train station and the church.

Parking: Limited parking will be available at the church pre-school across the street (21 Harrow Road) for early arrivers therefore we encourage carpool or public transport. The church carpark is for drop off and pick up only.

Safety: Leaders of the RICE regionals will do their very best to ensure the safety of each child on the night. However each child must also be responsible for their own safety.

Privacy: Photos/videos will be taken on the night to be used for promotion of RICE and Auburn Baptist Church.
